Emergencies?

The Outaouais S.P.C.A. is extremely proud to presently have, as part of its staff, a highly qualified and professional team of Patroller-Inspectors. This team has been trained to enforce the provincial law P-42 for all cases of neglect and animal cruelty, and one team member is certified to apply the Criminal Code. Our mission to prevent and protect takes on its true meaning with this team’s dedication to the cause and their constant presence in the sectors we service.

Obviously, we provide service to a vast population; therefore, it is important that you read the information below before contacting us.
